The location was marvellous and incredible, very very close to sea front, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was near to the beach, restaurants and shops and a secure garden at the rear of the property.

Magnificent and incredible location in Eastbourne, not far from local shops and an excellent Thai restaurant and chip shop and the Royal Hippodrome Theatre. Nearby The Marine - great place to chill out. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a refrigerator, central heating, and an iron in the room. Hearty and great breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

We were offered a beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed, everything was perfect. Its location was excellent and perfect, near to Eastbourne and parking right outside the guesthouse, the pier, restaurants and pubs, and an excellent Thai restaurant.

Everything was clean and perfect. My room was both airy and spotless with fresh towels, a gorgeous cooked breakfast, as example. Gorgeous breakfasts with yoghurt, good coffee and juices, the staff were all in all superfriendly. The location was great and lovely in a lovely area, short walk to the Royal Hippodrome Theatre and the shopping centre, the promenade and bandstand and seafront.

The room met the needs, it was well-equipped here with large bathroom, very comfortable bed, as for instance. A refrigerator and glassware were a huge plus. The location was comfortable, close to beach, shops and restaurants, in the domestic area. There was Rother Grill nearby to grab something to eat.
